pull ups n sit n reach
pull ups i couldnt even touch 3.
then today did 5!
i couldnt believe it!!
i must get 7 in order to get a c grade.
fer sit n reach, i got 40cm
short by 3 cm to get c grade too.
have to train man!
fer the lectures n tutorials life was the same
ate with zaki, calvin, shihan n ahmad
talked till bout 7 plus.
talked n sang at BK with other innovians!
